What you need

tbsp oyster sauce

oz butter

tbsp fish sauce

tbsp sugar

lb fresh pasta

tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
1: Bring a pot of water to boil. Once water boils, add in your noodles. Turn off the heat - we will allow the noodles to slowly cook while we start the sauce. 2: In a separate pan, start melting the butter over high heat. Once it starts to slowly brown, add your minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 3: Add the sauces. Using a tong, directly add the cooked noodles into the pan with sauce. 4: Stir to combine and turn off the heat. Serve this with a side of proteins and vegetables.View original recipe
